In order to care for these beautiful fabrics ensure that you DO NOT MACHINE but HAND WASH your Silky Sak. When washing your sak use a delicate detergent or soap in cold water. Then allow it to air dry. Never lay your Silky Sak out to dry in the sun. If you get a stain on your Silky Sak treat it IMMEDIATELY. Be warned that stains may not come out so make sure you treat your Silky Sak with tender love and care.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard USPS shipping on all U.S. orders Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 3 business days for processing and up to 10 business days for delievery. All orders placed on Saturday,Sunday, and after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after reciept. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Upon checkout you will recieve a confirmation email and a follow up email with tracking information.
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delievery or signature confirmation. We offer standard shipping to the USA (5-7 business days) , Signature Confirmation which is standard shipping with signature required upon delievery and Express shipping (1-2 business days). International orders may take up to 15 business days or longer to arrive. You may track your order by visiting USPS.com.
The US Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package of Standard/First Class mail. Guarantees are only available thru Express Mail. First-Class can take 3-7 days longer than normal to deliver during the Holidays (especially during the month of December). Silky Saks LLC is not responsible or liable for any US Postal Service errors during transit, including damage and loss of package, and for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time frames. Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation should appear as the final step in your order process. In addition you will receive an email with the order number of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm shipment and tracking information.
Returns
All hair (tape-in extensions, clip-in extensions, and wig) sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer). For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items. Your California privacy rights.If you are a California resident, you can request to exercise your privacy rights as detailed within CCPA and listed below.
Opt-out of sales.If we “sell” your Personal Information, you can opt-out. In addition, if you direct us not to sell your Personal Information, we will consider it a request pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law to stop sharing your personal information covered by that law with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Deletion. You can ask Silky Saks to delete the Personal Information that we have collected about you.
Access.You can ask Silky Saks for a copy of the Personal Information that we have collected about you.
Information. You can request the following information about how we have collected and used your Personal Information during the past 12 months:

The categories of sources from which we collected Personal Information.
The business or commercial purpose for collecting and/or selling Personal Information.
The categories of third parties with whom we share Personal Information.
Whether we have disclosed your Personal Information for a business purpose, and if so, the categories of Personal Information received by each category of third party recipient.
Whether we’ve sold your Personal Information, and if so, the categories of Personal Information received by each category of third party recipient.
You are entitled to exercise your CCPA rights described above free from discrimination in the form of legally prohibited increases in the price of decreases in the quality of our Services.

Right to information, access and deletion
Right to opt-out of the "sale" of your Personal Information. You can request opt-out of "sale" of your Personal Information by emailing info@silkysaks.com "Opt-out of Sale" in the subject.
Silky Saks is happy to process your privacy enactment request, once we have confirmed your identity and validated that you reside in California. As a part of this process, government identification may be required. Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester's valid-government issued identification, and the authorized agent's valid government issued identification. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it. If you are somehow affiliated to Silky Saks, in that perhaps you are an employee, vendor, contractor, or hold any other position for or within the company, and you reside in California, feel free to enact your CCPA rights using the methods detailed in this section. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to send you any human resource related information or other information in accordance with applicable law (examples may be; payroll, PTO, benefits, contract information), but we will process your privacy enactment request in the same manner that we would for any other California Resident. Requesting to exercise your CCPA privacy rights won’t change the affiliation you have with Silky Saks in any way. Your California privacy rights are not absolute, and in certain cases we may decline your request as permitted by law. For example, Silky Saks may reject privacy enactment requests if there is any suspected malice, including any which may be deceptive, fraudulent, illegal or pose a security threat. Silky Saks may also reject requests related to legal or criminal matters, or if they’re related to any in-progress transactions or purchases.
